"Sandcastle" is a charming 2 story cottage with two bedrooms located on the second floor, each with a bathroom, and a living room, kitchen and dining area downstairs with a powder room. Guana Community Park with a beach, dock, outdoor fitness center and a basket ball court is located across the street.

"Sandcastle" is newly renovated, with a large covered porch in the front, and a deck at the back with an outdoor shower. You need not worry about running out of water here, this cottage is connected to the water from Baker's Bay. Sandcastle is located in Seaside Village (just outside of Baker's Bay Development), overlooking the Community Park. The Ocean beach is only a few steps away. You can ride to the settlement in a golf car in 10 minutes.

Brand new split units air conditioners are installed in each room. The 55 inch Smart TV with a Blue Ray DVD player will keep you entertained if you don't want to venture out.
